This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty forklifts (30,000 lb capacity or larger)
- Strong understanding of forklift safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and proactive problem-solving
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience in industrial or sustainability-focused environments preferred

What You’ll Do as an Industrial Forklift Operator:
- Operate a 30,000 lb “Big Red” forklift to transport heavy materials and equipment
- Load, unload, and move materials safely to designated locations
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain efficient material flow
- Organize and store materials in the yard and warehouse
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
