- Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to follow job-specific safety requirements and maintain SHARP compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts
- Availability for 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Audit and verify all quality-critical set points
- Perform colorways and changeovers according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve Samtron quality issues
- Cross-train on all Samtron machines within the facility
- Safely operate dye ranges to produce first-quality carpet
