- Prior yarn prep or textile manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Willingness to work 10–12-hour shifts
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Load, position, and secure weft yarn packages onto creels
- Thread yarn through tension devices to ensure proper setup
- Monitor production and replace empty yarn packages to minimize downtime
- Verify yarn lot numbers, colors, and types for accuracy
- Inspect yarn for defects, contamination, or damage and report issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all PPE requirements, including hearing protection
- Assist with warp preparation and tie-in procedures
- Support warper operations as needed
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and production standards
