MAU is hiring a Second Shift Associate Relations Leader in Augusta, GA. As an Associate Relations Leader, you will direct on-site MAU personnel operations, ensuring workforce performance, employee engagement, and customer KPIs are consistently achieved. This is a temporary position (6 to 12 months).

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Associate Relations, or high-volume customer-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
- Experience in manufacturing, staffing, or high-volume environments
- Knowledge of root cause analysis or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean)
- Strong analytical, math, and reasoning abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- High level of ethical conduct and professional credibility
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage frequent interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with department leadership to identify staffing needs and meet production deadlines
- Coordinate onboarding and training, including PIT certification prior to OJT
- Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, BBS observations, and engagement activities
- Lead incident and personnel investigations while maintaining confidentiality
- Administer employee counseling and ensure adherence to MAU policies, including the Open Door Policy
- Serve as the primary site contact for communication and policy updates
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and monitor employee performance metrics
- Perform safety audits (ICI, BBS, PIT observations) and enforce compliance
- Manage associate engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction
- Track attendance, report absences, and communicate workforce updates to client leadership
- Complete payroll verification and ensure accuracy of weekly submissions
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure proper documentation of employee performance
- Investigate workplace incidents and complete reports within 24 hours
- Act as liaison between associates and client leadership
- Maintain accurate reporting and ensure timely submission of site management reports
- Work performed in both administrative and manufacturing environments
- Exposure to industrial equipment and powered machinery
- Conditions may include non-climate-controlled and cleanroom environments
- Ability to lift 5–20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
