MAU is hiring a Recruiter in Southeast US (GA). As a Recruiter, you will identify, source, qualify, and place candidates in contract and direct-hire roles while building strong talent pipelines and supporting client hiring needs. This is a remote role for someone located in the EST or CST time zone.

- 1+ years of client-facing or client engagement experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consulting and relationship management skills, including conflict resolution
- High drive for achievement, adaptability, and goal orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Professional certifications such as CSC, CPC, PHR, or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ethical conduct and professional credibility
- Manage recruiting workflows using applicant tracking systems
- Source candidates through networking, cold-calling, and job boards
- Screen and prepare candidates for interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview
- Present offers and negotiate terms as needed
- Partner with account managers to meet hiring goals
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Contribute to recruitment best practices
- Meet or exceed annual performance and revenue goals

- Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier)
- Ability to lift 5–20 lbs periodically
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
- Up to 5% travel required
