MAU is hiring a Recruiter in Southeast US (GA). As a Recruiter, you will identify, source, qualify, and place candidates in contract and direct-hire roles while building strong talent pipelines and supporting client hiring needs. This is a remote role for someone located in the EST or CST time zone.

Shift Information

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree ( New grads welcome to apply)
  • 1+ years of client-facing or client engagement experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills, including conflict resolution
  • High drive for achievement, adaptability, and goal orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Education and Experience
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience
  • Professional certifications such as CSC, CPC, PHR, or equivalent

Essential Functions
  • Manage recruiting workflows using applicant tracking systems
  • Source candidates through networking, cold-calling, and job boards
  • Screen and prepare candidates for interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview
  • Present offers and negotiate terms as needed
  • Partner with account managers to meet hiring goals
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Contribute to recruitment best practices
  • Meet or exceed annual performance and revenue goals
Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 5–20 lbs periodically
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
