Start your new career as a Production Worker with MAU at our client in LaGrange, GA. As a Production Worker, you will operate and maintain production equipment while supporting manufacturing goals through teamwork, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Assembly experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift
• Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, climb, balance, and reach with hands and arms
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently

What You’ll Do as a Production Worker:

• Operate machinery and load/unload parts
• Inspect and gauge parts for quality
• Record production and quality data
• Assist in training new operators
• Support engineering changes and new part introductions
• Maintain flexibility to work different shifts as needed
• Mentor new team members
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions
• Support IATF 16949 standards and escalate or stop processes involving non-conforming products
• Lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
• Perform additional duties as assigned
