What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year(s) of production or manufacturing experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Physical ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), stand, and twist for 10–12 hours
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks during 8–10 hour shifts with scheduled breaks
What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Assemble parts individually or in teams according to specifications and build schedules
- Conduct performance tests, check for defects, and make final adjustments
- Use hoists, motorized vehicles, or material handling equipment for transport
- Lubricate, clean, and perform preventive maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Cross-train and rotate into other roles or fill in as necessary
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
