MAU is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our client in Conyers, GA.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine and advanced maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal production performance and minimal downtime. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information
• Full-time, non-exempt
• Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Required Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
Preferred Education and Experience
• Technical certificate or associate degree
• Experience with welding, fabrication, or basic machining
• Familiarity with CMMS or computerized maintenance tracking systems
• Forklift experience
General Requirements
• Solid mechanical skills
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Essential Functions
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Inspect and repair furnaces, CNC machines, cranes, pumps, motors, HVAC units, and other production equipment
• Use tools and instruments including multimeters, torque wrenches, and diagnostic equipment
• Interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize operational disruption
• Document maintenance tasks, repairs, and parts usage in the CMMS or maintenance tracking system
• Assist with installing new equipment and retrofitting existing systems
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies and notify supervisor of replenishment needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety regulations and report hazards immediately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
