Start your new career as a Production Worker with MAU at our client in LaGrange, GA. As a Production Associate, you will assemble exhaust systems for Kia using hand and power tools, assist with welding operations, and ensure all components meet quality and safety standards throughout the production process. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Assembly experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift
• Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, climb, balance, and reach with hands and arms
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently

What You’ll Do as a Production Worker:

• Operate machinery and load/unload parts
• Inspect and gauge parts for quality
• Record production and quality data
• Assist in training new operators
• Support engineering changes and new part introductions
• Maintain flexibility to work different shifts as needed
• Mentor new team members
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions
• Support IATF 16949 standards and escalate or stop processes involving non-conforming products
• Lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
• Perform additional duties as assigned
