- 2–4 years of customer service, inside sales, or related experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience handling quotes, orders, and customer correspondence
- Proficiency with data entry and order management systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain customer account information and assist with forecast tracking
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and correspondence
- Process customer quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, schedule changes, and cancellations
- Partner with external sales teams on pricing and non-standard quotes
- Ensure accurate order entry and coordinate ship dates with production teams
- Enter and retrieve customer and inventory information using internal systems
- Track delivery schedules and coordinate with shipping and transportation teams
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to quotes, orders, scheduling, and sales forecasts
- Support quality and production teams with order documentation and shop order entry
- Assist with marketing materials, sample packages, and trade show coordination
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, attendance, and punctuality
