What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of customer service, inside sales, or related experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience handling quotes, orders, and customer correspondence
  • Proficiency with data entry and order management systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
  • Maintain customer account information and assist with forecast tracking
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and correspondence
  • Process customer quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, schedule changes, and cancellations
  • Partner with external sales teams on pricing and non-standard quotes
  • Ensure accurate order entry and coordinate ship dates with production teams
  • Enter and retrieve customer and inventory information using internal systems
  • Track delivery schedules and coordinate with shipping and transportation teams
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports related to quotes, orders, scheduling, and sales forecasts
  • Support quality and production teams with order documentation and shop order entry
  • Assist with marketing materials, sample packages, and trade show coordination
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, attendance, and punctuality
