Start your new career as a Production Associate with MAU in Newnan, GA. As a Production Associate, you will support manufacturing operations by handling materials, cleaning equipment and work areas, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
- Pay of $17.50 per hour
- Multiple Shifts Available | Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
- 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

- 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- No education requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift, twist, and pull 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and non-climate-controlled environments
- Ability to work around water, cleaning equipment, and industrial machinery
- Willingness to follow GMP practices, including natural nail length and no jewelry or false eyelashes
- Unload and load product from press machinery
- Use hoses to fill and label product drums
- Operate washers and dryers to clean fabric materials
- Use pressure washers to clean production floors when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following GMP standards
- Support daily production and sanitation operations
- Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
