- 2+ year technical degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to work at elevated heights
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors and in extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to wear a respirator for cleaning and painting duties
- Strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fabrication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Follow all plant safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Diagnose and repair plumbing and electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on service center equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair building structures and fixtures
- Complete general demolition and carpentry work
- Operate manlifts for maintenance, pressure washing, and painting tasks
- Install and repair screwed or welded piping systems
- Fabricate tools, components, and assemblies using materials such as metals and plastics
- Read and work from drawings and functional specifications
- Perform additional duties as assigned
