Start your career as a Tufting Machine Operator with MAU at a leading textile manufacturer in LaGrange, GA. As a Tufting Machine Operator, you will support production by safely operating tufting machines while ensuring quality and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.

- Prior experience operating tufting machines (required)
- Experience in textile manufacturing or warehouse environments (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to train on 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) for 6–8 weeks before moving to 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
- Operate tufting machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor and adjust machine performance as needed
- Load yarn and materials into machines for proper setup
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
- Adhere to standard work instructions, diagrams, and verbal directives from management
