- Multiple Shifts:
- Second Shift | Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Third Shift | Monday to Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a HPDC or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of technical training or foundry experience
- Knowledge of die casting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation (ABB)
- Basic programming skills for Siemens control systems
- Experience with linked systems
- Crane and hoist operation experience
- Technical knowledge of process optimization and process monitoring
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Quality control and quality assurance knowledge
- Effective communication skills
- Safety awareness in a manufacturing environment
- Adaptability and multitasking abilities
- Continuous improvement knowledge, including 5S principles
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to inspect cast parts for defects and dimensional accuracy

- Experience working collaboratively with Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance, and Quality departments
- Monitor, operate, adjust, and set up automated equipment and machinery parameters within customer specifications
- Set up Die Change Management (DCM) and perform die changes
- Serve as the technical supervisor for machine operators within the assigned machine group
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Identify equipment faults and complete repairs as needed
- Inspect cast parts for defects and dimensional accuracy
- Implement corrective actions to maintain product quality
- Analyze production data to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance yield
- Maintain responsibility for performance, OEE, and quality within the assigned machine group
- Work with engineers and production staff to implement new processes and products
- Collaborate with Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance, Quality Management, and production teams
- Define employee training needs in collaboration with foundry management and shift supervisors
- Manage raw materials and lubricants to support efficient die casting operations
- Adhere to all manufacturing safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
