Shift Information
- First Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Second Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00PM
- Third Shift | Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience operating automatic production lines.
- 1 year of experience in grinding applications.
- Grinding Basics certification or training.
- Apprenticeship training in manufacturing, machining, mechanical operations, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.
- ABB / Fanuc Robots Operating certification or training.
- Experience operating and monitoring automatic straightening machines and fully automatic grinding lines.
- Experience with grinding belt preparation, adjustment, and cutting tool changes.
- Experience performing visual quality inspections and maintaining production quality standards.
- Experience troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on grinding line machinery.
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of grinding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Experience in robot handling.

- Adjust and change grinding belts and cutting tools.
- Prepare grinding belts for production operations.
- Perform visual quality inspections after the grinding process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Make process adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on grinding line machinery to support optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot grinding line machinery issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections.
- Complete other duties as required.
