- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Inspect and pack products according to quality and packaging specifications
- Maintain production line operations and ensure proper pack-out procedures
- Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures accurately
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet customer quality standards
- Meet or exceed production goals and throughput targets
- Verify customer labels and packing requirements for accuracy
- Operate production equipment safely within assigned departments
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas through sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Keep workstations and equipment organized and orderly
- Assist other team members as directed by line technicians
