Shift Information

  • Full-time position
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Periodic nights and weekends may be required as needed

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business management, human resources, or a related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of professional work experience in a professional business setting
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Education and Experience

  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Staffing industry, manufacturing, HR, or production supervisor experience

Essential Functions

  • Maintain applicant flow through recruiting strategies and ATS management
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing for job advertising and candidate sourcing
  • Review and manage customer work orders
  • Pre-screen, interview, hire, counsel, evaluate, discipline, and terminate associates as needed
  • Conduct associate orientation and onboarding processes
  • Administer company policies and procedures
  • Develop and update new hire orientations for clients
  • Set up pay and bill rates with management approval
  • Administer client-required assessments
  • Process and analyze customer work orders
  • Process merit, tenure, and incentive increases
  • Participate in MAU 5S initiatives when applicable
  • Resolve invoice and payment-related customer concerns
  • Manage workers’ compensation cases and accident investigations
  • Attend unemployment and workers’ compensation hearings as needed
  • Visit client sites to maintain strong customer service relationships
  • Maintain candidate pipelines to support staffing demands
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work environments include office settings and manufacturing facilities
  • Exposure to industrial equipment and manufacturing operations may occur
  • Some customer environments may be non-temperature controlled or GMP clean room environments
  • Routine use of office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 5–15 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to climb stairs occasionally
  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours

Travel

  • Up to 10% travel required with minimal overnight travel
