Shift Information
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Periodic nights and weekends may be required to support extended branch hours

Required Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of clerical experience
• Customer service experience
• Data entry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Experience handling high call volumes
• Professional experience working with the public
Preferred Education and Experience
• Proficiency with general office equipment and software packages
• Experience in staffing, human resources, or a related industry
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Essential Functions
• Answer phones professionally and provide a positive applicant and customer experience
• Assist applicants with electronic applications in the branch or online
• Utilize the MAU Applicant Tracking System daily
• Support MAU Associates and visitors with questions and requests
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of phone messages to staffing teams
• Route customer inquiries to the appropriate MAU contact and follow up as needed
• Enter application and hiring information accurately into company systems
• Scan and maintain hiring documents and employee records
• Receive and distribute packages to appropriate personnel
• Greet and assist applicants and visitors
• Participate in the MAU 5S program, when applicable
• Coordinate interview and assessment schedules with Staffing Specialists
• Prepare orientation packets and maintain orientation materials
• Verify applicant identification and assessment completion
• Distribute employee paychecks as directed
• Troubleshoot applicant issues related to applications, login access, and payroll systems
• File and maintain active and terminated employee records
• Prepare, maintain, and file reports and correspondence
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
Work Environment and Physical Demands
• Professional office environment
• Frequent interaction with applicants, employees, customers, and branch personnel
• Regular use of computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other office equipment
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 5–20 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 2 hours
• Ability to climb stairs multiple times per day
• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
