As a Process Technician I, you will support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Relevant manufacturing or process technology experience
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak season, including extended shifts up to 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
What You’ll Do as a Process Technician I:
  • Monitor production processes, material flow, and machine operations to ensure quality and customer specifications are met
  • Accurately record and report production data
  • Perform preventative maintenance, testing, and trial runs on equipment
  • Complete tool changes and machine repairs while following all HECP LOTO procedures
  • Conduct quality inspections, burst testing, salinity testing, and weight verification checks
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors regarding supplies and work orders
  • Organize and maintain tooling inventory in designated storage locations
  • Support production goals established by plant leadership
  • Assist with directing Inspector/Packers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
  • Learn and perform tasks across multiple departments as business needs require
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
