MAU is hiring an RPO Recruiter. As an RPO Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients by sourcing, evaluating, presenting, and placing top talent while delivering exceptional customer service and recruitment support. This is a remote role, but candidates must be in the southeast.

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

- Partner with RPO client stakeholders to recruit, evaluate, present, and place qualified candidates for direct-hire positions
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes to meet client hiring objectives
- Support the development and consistent implementation of recruiting best practices
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders
- Prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews
- Conduct post-interview follow-up with candidates and internal customers
- Present employment offers, negotiate terms, close candidates, and confirm start dates and compensation packages
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity records and prepare recruitment reports as required by clients
- Work primarily in a professional office environment
- Regular use of office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems
- Occasional work at client locations, including office, manufacturing, industrial, and GMP cleanroom environments
- Exposure to varying work conditions, including non-temperature-controlled environments and industrial operations
- Ability to lift 5–20 pounds periodically
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours
- Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
- Minimal travel required
