MAU is hiring an RPO Recruiter. As an RPO Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients by sourcing, evaluating, presenting, and placing top talent while delivering exceptional customer service and recruitment support. This is a remote role, but candidates must be in the southeast.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Essential Functions
  • Partner with RPO client stakeholders to recruit, evaluate, present, and place qualified candidates for direct-hire positions
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting processes to meet client hiring objectives
  • Support the development and consistent implementation of recruiting best practices
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders
  • Prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews
  • Conduct post-interview follow-up with candidates and internal customers
  • Present employment offers, negotiate terms, close candidates, and confirm start dates and compensation packages
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity records and prepare recruitment reports as required by clients
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work primarily in a professional office environment
  • Regular use of office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems
  • Occasional work at client locations, including office, manufacturing, industrial, and GMP cleanroom environments
  • Exposure to varying work conditions, including non-temperature-controlled environments and industrial operations

  • Ability to lift 5–20 pounds periodically
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
