As a Press Brake Operator, you will program and operate hydraulic and mechanical press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components while ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency. - 5–10 years of CNC, press brake, or metal fabrication experience
- Ability to program and operate hydraulic and mechanical press brakes
- Experience using CNC back gauge systems
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32" and understand decimal equivalents
- Knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum, steel, copper, and galvanized materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
- Troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance skills
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work overtime (required)
- Must be able to pass a skills assessment covering press brake operation, blueprint reading, and measurement proficiency (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Program, set up, and operate hydraulic and mechanical press brake equipment
- Form and fabricate metal parts according to specifications and drawings
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Measure materials and finished products for quality and precision
- Work with a variety of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, steel, copper, and galvanized steel
- Operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the fabrication area
- Perform routine troubleshooting and assist with machine maintenance
- Meet quality and production standards while maintaining a safe work environment
