As a Press Brake Operator, you will program and operate hydraulic and mechanical press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components while ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity

What We're Looking For:
  • 5–10 years of CNC, press brake, or metal fabrication experience
  • Ability to program and operate hydraulic and mechanical press brakes
  • Experience using CNC back gauge systems
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32" and understand decimal equivalents
  • Knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum, steel, copper, and galvanized materials
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
  • Troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance skills
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to work overtime (required)
  • Must be able to pass a skills assessment covering press brake operation, blueprint reading, and measurement proficiency (required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
What You'll Do as a Press Brake Operator:
  • Program, set up, and operate hydraulic and mechanical press brake equipment
  • Form and fabricate metal parts according to specifications and drawings
  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Measure materials and finished products for quality and precision
  • Work with a variety of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, steel, copper, and galvanized steel
  • Operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the fabrication area
  • Perform routine troubleshooting and assist with machine maintenance
  • Meet quality and production standards while maintaining a safe work environment
