As a Machine Operator, you will operate rubber molding and processing equipment to produce high-quality automotive sealing components while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Experience in rubber, molding, or automotive manufacturing preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed
What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
  • Operate rubber molding, press, and processing machines to produce quality automotive components
  • Load raw rubber materials and unload finished molded parts
  • Monitor machine cycles, temperatures, and press settings to ensure proper curing and product quality
  • Inspect finished parts for defects, including flash, incomplete molding, and surface imperfections
  • Remove excess material (de-flashing) and prepare parts for additional processing or packaging
  • Perform routine machine checks and assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Follow standardized work instructions and quality control procedures
  • Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap, and downtime
  • Report equipment issues and quality concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel
  • Support 5S, safety, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
  • Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately
  • Assist with equipment changeovers and setup adjustments as needed
