As a Machine Operator, you will operate rubber molding and processing equipment to produce high-quality automotive sealing components while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- Train on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), then transition to 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) after training

- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Experience in rubber, molding, or automotive manufacturing preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed
- Operate rubber molding, press, and processing machines to produce quality automotive components
- Load raw rubber materials and unload finished molded parts
- Monitor machine cycles, temperatures, and press settings to ensure proper curing and product quality
- Inspect finished parts for defects, including flash, incomplete molding, and surface imperfections
- Remove excess material (de-flashing) and prepare parts for additional processing or packaging
- Perform routine machine checks and assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow standardized work instructions and quality control procedures
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap, and downtime
- Report equipment issues and quality concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel
- Support 5S, safety, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
- Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately
- Assist with equipment changeovers and setup adjustments as needed
