Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in workforce solutions, staffing, recruiting, managed services, consulting, manufacturing operations, human resources, or related industries
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations, workforce solutions, or client service teams across multiple locations
  • Proven experience managing profit and loss performance, operational metrics, client satisfaction, and profitable business growth
  • Strong consulting, relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated business development experience with a history of growing client relationships and operations
  • Experience developing and presenting strategic business plans to executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing recruiting performance metrics and operational KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while managing multiple priorities

Essential Functions
  • Lead Talent Services and Managed Services operations across an assigned multi-state territory
  • Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce market trends
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through client retention, service expansion, and new business opportunities
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams on proposals, presentations, and strategic account growth
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while serving as a trusted workforce solutions advisor
  • Manage profit and loss performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for assigned operations
  • Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions to achieve operational and financial objectives
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels while coaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders
  • Establish performance objectives, monitor KPIs and OKRs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics teams to develop forecasting models, workforce analytics, and operational reporting
  • Prepare and deliver executive business reviews, workforce analytics, and strategic presentations
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, workforce planning, and service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, technology adoption, automation, and service delivery
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting organizational growth, change management, and operational excellence
  • Foster an "Everyone Sells" culture while identifying cross-selling opportunities across MAU solutions
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Primarily works in a professional office environment
  • Regular travel to customer locations, including office and manufacturing environments
  • Customer sites may include industrial equipment, powered industrial vehicles, non-temperature-controlled environments, and GMP clean room settings
  • Must be comfortable working in varying operational environments

Travel
  • Up to 35% regional travel with occasional overnight travel
