MAU is hiring a Remote Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will identify, source, qualify, and place top talent in contract and direct-hire opportunities while partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Compensation
  • $50,000–$55,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience
  • 1+ years of client engagement experience

  • CSC, CPC, PHR, or other relevant professional certification

Essential Functions
  • Utilize MAU and/or client applicant tracking systems to manage recruiting workflows
  • Source qualified candidates through networking, cold calling, job boards, and other recruiting methods
  • Screen and prepare candidates for interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Follow up with candidates and account managers throughout the hiring process
  • Present employment offers and negotiate as appropriate
  • Partner with account managers to develop creative recruiting strategies that meet client hiring needs
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Support best practices for contract and direct-hire recruiting
  • Meet or exceed annual gross margin goals
