MAU is hiring a Remote Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will identify, source, qualify, and place top talent in contract and direct-hire opportunities while partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
Compensation
- $50,000–$55,000 base salary + uncapped commission

- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- 1+ years of client engagement experience
- CSC, CPC, PHR, or other relevant professional certification
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consulting and client relationship management skills with proven conflict resolution abilities

- Utilize MAU and/or client applicant tracking systems to manage recruiting workflows
- Source qualified candidates through networking, cold calling, job boards, and other recruiting methods
- Screen and prepare candidates for interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates and account managers throughout the hiring process
- Present employment offers and negotiate as appropriate
- Partner with account managers to develop creative recruiting strategies that meet client hiring needs
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Support best practices for contract and direct-hire recruiting
- Meet or exceed annual gross margin goals
