MAU is hiring a Remote Skilled Labor Recruiter. As a Skilled Labor Recruiter, you will source, recruit, qualify, and place skilled manufacturing and logistics professionals in contract and direct-hire opportunities while partnering with clients to deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
- Commission: Eligible to participate in an uncapped commission plan

- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of recruiting experience supporting skilled labor positions for manufacturing and/or logistics clients
- 1+ years of client engagement experience
- CSC, CPC, PHR, or other relevant professional certification
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consulting, client relationship management, and conflict resolution skills

- Utilize MAU and client applicant tracking systems to manage the recruiting process efficiently
- Source qualified candidates through networking, cold calling, referrals, job boards, and other recruiting channels
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled labor talent
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and account managers after interviews
- Present employment offers and negotiate as needed
- Partner with Recruiting Account Managers to develop creative recruiting strategies that meet client hiring needs
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Contribute to recruiting best practices for contract and direct-hire staffing
- Meet or exceed annual gross margin goals
