Start your new career as a Quality Technician with MAU at our client in Thomson, GA. As a Quality Technician, you will perform finish product inspections and release or reject product accordingly based on inspection, testing, and FP spec.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Successful completion of the company training program
• Ability to perform tasks that include the need to bend, twist, stand for the duration of the shift, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Experience in a relevant quality position - preferred

What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician:

• Perform finish product inspections and release or reject products accordingly, based on inspection, testing, and FP specifications
• Perform walk-around inspections during the manufacture of products
  • Address any quality-related concerns with the operator and shift supervisor
  • Inspections include in-process raw materials, in-process finished product, lot numbers, UDI labels if applicable, and packaging
• Initiate nonconforming reports for materials and finished products
• Complete finished product tags in a timely manner
• Notify Maintenance/Shift Supervisor of product defects and machine maintenance needs
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
