Start your new career as a Door Assembly Associate with MAU in Newnan, GA. As a Door Assembly Associate, you will fabricate and assemble architectural aluminum doors and entrance systems while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
- First shift training (6:00 AM–2:00 PM)
- Current schedule consists of four 10-hour overnight shifts after training

- Ability to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure to 1/32 inch
- Ability to read written instructions and follow verbal directions
- Experience safely using hand tools and drill guns
- Ability to operate a hand pallet jack and/or motorized pallet jack
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Flexibility to work in multiple production areas
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Read and follow specification documents and work instructions
- Fabricate and assemble architectural aluminum doors and related products
- Operate hand tools, drill guns, and production equipment
- Inspect aluminum components for quality defects
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
