As a Warehouse Lift Operator, you will stage raw materials, operate forklifts, and support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient production and inventory flow.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Forklift operating experience required
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Successful completion of required training programs
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
What You'll Do as a Warehouse Lift Operator:
  • Stage raw materials for production
  • Remove unused raw materials from the production floor
  • Transport finished products from production to the warehouse and ensure materials are properly wrapped
  • Pull products for shipping as requested
  • Store products in designated warehouse bins and storage areas
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift
  • Label and identify raw materials appropriately
  • Complete daily forklift inspections before operation
  • Verify product receipt and disposition
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts
  • Complete required shipping, receiving, and finished product documentation
  • Assist with training as needed
  • Report nonconforming materials according to company procedures
  • Perform warehouse housekeeping, including removing trash and maintaining clean work areas
  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, regulatory, and quality system requirements
  • Support production and quality initiatives as directed by management
  • Review and follow applicable SOPs, FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned
