MAU is hiring a Remote Corporate Recruiter for our RPO Division. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients by sourcing, evaluating, presenting, and placing top talent for direct-hire skilled and salaried positions while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. This is a fully remote role, and our ideal candidate is in the Southeast US or Mid-West US (in EST or CST time zones).

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain industries
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Assertive, outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Partner with RPO client stakeholders to recruit, evaluate, present, and place qualified candidates for direct-hire skilled and salaried positions
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare candidates and hiring teams for interviews
- Conduct post-interview follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Present employment offers, negotiate compensation, close candidates, and confirm start dates
- Maintain recruiting activity reports and provide updates to clients
- Support the development and consistent execution of recruiting best practices
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships
- Remote position with work performed in a professional office environment
- Regular use of computers, phones, and other standard office equipment
- Occasional travel to customer locations, including office and manufacturing environments
- Customer sites may include industrial equipment, powered industrial vehicles, non-temperature-controlled environments, or GMP clean room facilities
- Ability to lift 5–20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours
- Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
