MAU is hiring a Part-time Recruiting Coordinator in Conyers, GA. As a Part-time Recruiting Coordinator, you will support recruiting operations by screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining applicant records, and providing administrative support to help match qualified candidates with job opportunities. This is a Direct-Hire position.

Required Education and Experience

Essential Functions
  • Perform human resources and recruiting tasks related to candidate recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire orientation
  • Conduct candidate screenings in person and by phone
  • Schedule candidate interviews, pre-screening assessments, client interviews, and orientations
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide receptionist support
  • Assist candidates with signing in and completing employment applications
  • Complete background checks, education verifications, and drug-related testing processes
  • Manage recruiting communications and provide candidates with accurate information about current job openings
  • Coordinate new-hire orientation activities
  • Support strategies designed to improve office logistics and recruiting operations
  • Attend branch meetings
  • Provide administrative support to recruiting and employment operations, including maintaining and processing documentation and employment records
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Regularly review work orders and collaborate with Staffing Specialists and the Operations Manager to meet staffing goals
  • Communicate candidate status to Staffing Specialists following orientation
  • Conduct monthly branch audits
  • Maintain appropriate inventory of client-required shirts, personal protective equipment (PPE), and related supplies
  • Maintain employment records and conduct audits in coordination with recruiting leadership
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work is performed in a professional office environment
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
