As an Injection Mold Machine Operator, you'll run injection molding machines that make plastic automotive parts, keeping your workstation safe, clean, and on target for quality.

• 8-hour shifts, with 3 shifts available:

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• 3rd shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

What We're Looking For:

• Basic computer skills

• 1+ years of injection mold machine operation experience

• Comfort using workshop tools

• Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own

• Willingness to work different shifts

• A clear understanding of your area of responsibility

• Commitment to safety, quality, and following set processes

What You'll Do as an Injection Mold Machine Operator:

• Operate injection molding machines and shut down equipment as needed

• Keep machines stocked with materials and component supplies

• Assemble pre- and post-molding components to specifications

• Load and unload hot-plate welding machines and check parts for obvious welding defects

• Troubleshoot process and accessory equipment

• Complete production paperwork and document process adjustments

• Clean machines daily and weekly, and dispose of scrap in the right containers

• Inspect your work area to make sure it's safe and meets quality standards

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO, and safety standards

• Help maintain 5S principles on the shop floor, including organization, cleanliness, and environmental protection

• Meet quality, output, and target dates at your workstation while using resources efficiently

• Handle other related duties as assigned
