Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Digital Technology and Data job utilizes a consultative and strategic approach to perform complex full cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessment and selection processes in order to recruit top talent for Cargill’s digital and technology business. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting and hiring top talent for our Digital Technology and Data (DTD) teams globally. With minimal supervision, this job collaborates with hiring managers, business leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and execute on innovative recruiting processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing an excellent candidate experience and driving the organization's brand as an employer of choice.

Key Accountabilities

  • TALENT ADVISORY: Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, influencing workforce decisions through market insight, talent intelligence, and proactive partnership while helping drive the continued transformation of Talent Acquisition culture, capabilities, and ways of working across the organization.
  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: Develops, executes and improves recruiting strategies for a specific technical segment by researching and applying understanding of the technical recruiting industry trends and best practices, labor market research and competitive intelligence, and recruiting tools and technology systems.
  • RECRUITING SERVICES: Provides complex full cycle recruiting services of a specific technical segment including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with technical leaders on recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities and forecasting, applying recruiting knowledge to drive diverse applicant pools and improve the quality of hires.
  • BRANDING INITIATIVES: Supports the development and implementation of branding initiatives in a specific technical segment that position the organization as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Creates and executes the recruiting networking and pipelining strategies for a specific technical segment and develops and maintains internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process, including hiring managers, human resources professionals, industry contacts and candidates.
  • LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Ensures technical recruiting policies and processes comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three years of agency recruiting experience
  • Actively engaged in the Atlanta talent market and broader professional community, building strong external networks and leveraging local market insight to attract, engage, and connect top talent to the organization.
  • Five years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
  • Experience within a large global organization forming strong business partnerships advantageous
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, skills and market trends
  • Experience with data-driven recruiting, including pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire analytics
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand business priorities and effectively influence and partner with senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Proven ability to build and sustain candidate pipelines through strategic networking, market research, and the effective use of diverse talent attraction and engagement tools
  • Experience managing concurrent hiring processes while maintaining alignment with hiring managers and seamless candidate experience
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Experience operating within global, matrixed organizational structures
  • Experience leading and contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
