What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 1+ years of recent stand-up forklift operation experience
  • OSHA certification (preferred)
  • Forklift certification (preferred)
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, climb onto forklifts multiple times per day, and lift 50+ pounds
What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator
  • Operate forklifts to transport materials efficiently across the facility
  • Prepare and package orders accurately for shipping
  • Verify labels against customer orders to ensure accuracy
  • Organize product trays as they are released, maintaining order and efficiency
  • Monitor product quality consistently, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Clear minor jams on tray loaders and tracks promptly and safely
  • Identify and report quality issues to the Lead or Supervisor immediately
  • Dispose of substandard products appropriately and transfer them as needed
  • Rework products (straighten trays, ensure correct quantities, reopen packages) in a timely manner
  • Protect food integrity at all times, adhering to safety and quality guidelines
  • Comply with all GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP procedures
  • Participate in all required plant and team meetings, as well as training sessions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area consistently
  • Provide support and assistance with training initiatives as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
